Booking with Glitz Holidays
By booking with Glitz Holidays, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.
To confirm a booking, a deposit of 20% of the total holiday cost is required. 50% of the payment must be made on the day of arrival, and the remaining 30% before departure.
If you need to cancel your booking, the following applies:
More than 60 days before departure: full refund of the advance payment, with only a file-processing charge deducted.
60–30 days before departure: 25% of the advance is deducted; the rest of the advance is refunded.
Less than 30 days before departure: 70% of the advance is charged; 30% is refunded.
Less than 20 days before departure: the full advance amount is charged.
Credit note: if you cancel more than 20 days before departure, we can instead issue a credit note for the full amount, valid for one year.
Medical emergency: full payment is refundable in case of a medical emergency, on submission of documentary proof.
Children below 5 years stay free; children of 5 years and above are chargeable.
Glitz Holidays is not liable for any loss, injury or damage sustained during your holiday except where caused by our negligence. We are not responsible for the actions or omissions of third-party providers such as hotels, transporters and activity operators.
If you have a complaint during your holiday, please inform our tour consultants immediately. If the issue is not resolved, contact Glitz Holidays in writing within 28 days of your return.
Glitz Holidays is not liable for failure to perform its obligations due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war or strikes. Mountain itineraries may change due to weather, road conditions or administrative advisories; in such cases we provide the best available alternative.
