Arrival at the airport and drive to Daksum, an offbeat village resort in Anantnag district famous for rice fields and orchards. Explore the village life at an unhurried pace.
Drive up to Sinthan Top — the pass between Kashmir and Kishtwar with the best panoramic view of the surrounding snow-capped Himalayan ranges. Continue to Srinagar the same day.
Drive to Yusmarg, known in local tradition as the dwelling place of Jesus. Quiet pine-fringed meadows, mountain landscapes and shimmering streams; pony rides available across the marg.
After breakfast, drive to Doodhpathri — lush, wavy meadows beneath snow-capped mountains, with the Doodhganga river cutting through the valley. A must-visit for anyone seeking an otherworldly corner of Kashmir.
Post breakfast, transfer to Bangus (about a 3-hour drive). Check in at the guest house at Reshwari and explore both Small and Big Bangus — breathtaking views over some of Kashmir's least-visited lush meadows.
Post breakfast, drive to Lolab, reaching by about 11 AM. The valley is full of serenity — spend the rest of the day exploring its orchards, villages and deodar forests.
Drive to Gurez, exploring Wular Lake, Manasbal Lake and the Razdan Pass on the way.
Visit the prominent places of Gurez — Habba Khatoon peak, Khandyal Top, the Kishanganga dam and river, and the Chowran border village.
Drive to the Athwatoo tourist resort. Explore the local village and hike up to the twin waterfalls.
